Entry-Level Online Customer Service Rep

Globe Life AO is dedicated to empowering families and building futures through personalized supplemental benefit solutions. They are seeking an Entry-Level Online Customer Service Rep to meet with clients, educate them on benefits, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations
• Educate families on available supplemental benefit programs
• Recommend personalized coverage based on each client's needs
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Build long-term relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to obtain a resident Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Windows-based computer with webcam
• Professional home workspace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
