Globe Life AO is a provider of supplemental benefits seeking a Remote Client Success Coordinator to support clients in a fully remote environment. The role involves guiding clients through enrollment, answering questions, maintaining records, managing appointments, and participating in training and leadership development.

Responsibilities:

• Meet virtually with prospective and existing clients through Zoom
• Guide new clients through the enrollment process
• Answer questions and provide personalized benefit solutions
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Manage appointments and daily activities efficiently
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
