Responsibilities:

• Support initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for CupidAI
• Assist in designing and running growth experiments
• Tracking campaign performance
• Interpreting data to uncover insights that inform marketing strategy
• Help create and optimize messaging across channels
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align growth efforts
• Participate in planning and executing outreach or partnership initiatives
• Coordinating small projects
• Preparing reports on key metrics
• Contributing ideas for growth campaigns
• Supporting the continuous improvement of the user journey from first touch to loyal usage

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed recommendations
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present insights and collaborate effectively across teams
• Interest or experience in growth hacking and experimentation, including A/B testing and rapid iteration on marketing tactics
• Foundational sales skills or exposure to sales processes, with comfort in supporting outreach or lead-generation activities
• Basic project management abilities, including task organization, time management, and coordination of small initiatives
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, content) and common analytics tools is beneficial
• Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Science, or a related field
