Growth Marketing Lead

Thatch is a fully distributed early stage company using technology to change the way America does healthcare. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale new acquisition channels, owning strategy and execution across various paid media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Own growth strategy across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, and emerging channels
• Build and execute channel testing plans with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement plans
• Partner with Design and Product Marketing to develop creative tailored to each audience and channel
• Own agency and vendor relationships across media buying and production
• Measure performance across pipeline, CAC, and revenue, and use those insights to guide investment decisions
• Build attribution and incrementality frameworks for channels where last-click measurement isn't sufficient
• Partner closely with Analytics, Product Marketing, and Finance to prioritize growth opportunities
• Scale successful programs while continuously testing new acquisition channels

Requirements:

• You've built and scaled paid acquisition programs across multiple channels
• Experience owning strategy, budget, execution, and measurement
• Strong understanding of paid social and familiar with CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, and other emerging channels
• Experience designing experiments and measuring incrementality
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to make investment decisions
• Comfort working in ambiguity and building new programs from scratch
• Excellent cross-functional partner who works effectively with Design, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Leadership
• Built new acquisition channels from the ground up
• Scaled paid social for a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Experience across emerging channels like CTV, podcasts, OOH, or audio
• A track record of turning experiments into repeatable growth
• Partnering closely with Creative, Product Marketing, and Analytics
• Using AI to move faster, test more ideas, and improve campaign performance
