AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Entry-Level Insurance Representatives to assist working families and veterans in understanding insurance benefits. The role involves meeting clients virtually, providing personalized recommendations, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
• Provide personalized recommendations based on each client's needs
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Review existing policies and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes
• Support clients throughout the application and claims process
• Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional service
• Participate in ongoing coaching, leadership development, and professional training
