Intern (Engineering)

Core responsibilities ：

1.Processing of orders for the paper industry, in particular for plant engineering:

• Assurance of the customer satisfaction
• Assurance of the quality standard (engineering)

2. Processing of orders – beginning from handover from the Sales or Application Department and up to the successful commissioning:

• Preparation of documents for Fiber System engineering, i.e. layout, mass balance, P&IDs, project diagram, lists and process description.
• Taking part in project meeting in order to explain & clarify Voith’s process concept and harmonize specific design standard on differences among customer, design institute and Voith for each project.

3. Realize the guidelines and results of basic engineering executed by product management.

4. Establish bill of materials (BOMs), material masters and quality specifications.

5. Support VP erection and commissioning team.

6. Cooperation with sub suppliers and customers.

 

Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above, Pulp and paper-making
• Adequate process comprehension
• 1~3 years’ experience in pulp & paper-making industry, design institute experience is preferred
• Good language skill of English
• Knowledge of working in 2D as well as 3D environment like Comos, AutoCAD and PDMS etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• SAP-knowledge preferable
