Senior DevOps Engineer, Developer Productivity

The Mind Company is at the forefront of mental fitness, providing award-winning apps to enhance cognitive and mental wellness. They are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to maintain platform health and shape software development practices with AI integration.

Responsibilities:

• You'll be the primary engineer responsible for the infrastructure (as code), CI/CD systems, mobile release automation, data pipelines, and the monitoring that tells us when any of it breaks
• You'll help set the direction for how we use AI across engineering and build the shared tooling, agent workflows, and automation behind it
• You'll scale yourself across engineering through documentation, demos, and tooling other engineers can use on their own
• You'll work closely with engineers across all our teams and you'll have real influence on the direction of our engineering practice

Requirements:

• You have 5+ years of professional software experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or a related field
• You are comfortable working across many different codebases, including those you don't fully know yet
• You are genuinely excited about AI and where software development is headed and you have opinions about how to apply it to real systems
• You have built tooling that other engineers actually adopted
• You can identify areas for improvement and drive projects to completion without a manager always directing your work
• Experience with automated mobile app release processes
• Experience with data pipelines
• Experience maintaining and tuning production databases
• Experience with incident response and disaster recovery
• Interest in mental health, brain training, and meditation
