Manager, Product Excellence

Oregon Lottery is a leader in the gaming industry and is hiring a Manager, Product Excellence to join their Operations team. The role involves leading a diverse product portfolio, driving data-informed decisions, and managing a team to deliver high-quality products while fostering an inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities:

• Apply Lottery Management Core Values and Expectations in performing daily activities. Ensure conduct embodies the principles of fairness, integrity, security, and honesty. • Foster an environment that supports employee success through transparency, communication, and the application of Leadership Behavior Profile principles to guide decision-making, collaboration, and results
• Plan, organize, and evaluate the work of the unit while creating and sustaining an engaging and inclusive team culture
• Perform supervisory and talent management responsibilities, including aligning individual performance expectations with organizational goals and collaboratively developing performance goals with direct reports
• Provide constructive and timely feedback, guidance, coaching, and support. Ensure professional development plans are in place and manage ongoing performance
• Support employees in addressing and resolving conflicts directly, providing guidance as needed
• Lead the Product Excellence team by establishing key performance indicators, timelines, and a culture of high performance across all product lines
• Develop and optimize product plans for the game portfolio
• Monitor alignment across multiple product lines to support numerous concurrent game development efforts and ensure successful market delivery
• Oversee the planning, development, and administration of assigned lottery programs and services
• Evaluate program effectiveness, including initiatives designed to optimize quality, cost efficiency, and productivity
• Set, measure, and report Product Excellence KPIs and other performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of professional experience in product development, product management, or product operations
• Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience
• Eight (8) years of professional experience in product development, product management, or product operations
