Senior SAP Business Analyst

iT Services 2 (iT2) is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Service for an FTE role with their direct client. This role involves supporting a global SAP Service Management environment, requiring hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service and a strong background in service management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only for an FTE role

• Must reside in the U.S. and be able to travel domestically and to Canada 20%

• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Service implementation experience
• Strong background with SAP CS / Service Management
• SAP configuration, requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and production support
• Strong cross-functional knowledge of SAP SD/Pricing and Finance, including costing and revenue-related processes
• Ability to own solutions end-to-end, from requirements and design through implementation and support
• Experience managing multiple projects alongside ongoing production support
• Strong communication skills working with business stakeholders and technical teams
