EDI Business Analyst – Healthcare Enrollment

Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is a Florida-based technology consulting services company providing IT professionals and consulting support from solution design through implementation and support. The EDI Business Analyst will support healthcare enrollment operations by gathering requirements, monitoring EDI 834 transactions, resolving issues, supporting testing and UAT, and facilitating communication among stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand needs and resolve issues
• Monitor and support EDI transactions, particularly 834 enrollment transactions
• Investigate enrollment/EDI issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution
• Support UAT, testing, defect tracking, and validation of solutions
• Prepare business requirements, process documentation, and other functional documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and provide clear communication throughout issue resolution

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 2-3+ years of EDI experience
• Mandatory: EDI 834 / Healthcare Enrollment experience
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with UAT, issue analysis, and defect resolution
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare/health insurance industry experience strongly preferred
