Fountain is an enterprise frontline workforce management platform that helps organizations hire, onboard, and manage workers at scale. The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will own the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of Fountain’s systems by building Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure, improving deployment and observability practices, and leading incident response. The role partners with Engineering, Security, and Product to improve performance, developer experience, and operational maturity.
