Manager, Oracle Health Federal Design Team

Oracle brings together data, infrastructure, applications, expertise, AI, and cloud solutions to support industry innovation and life-saving care. The Manager will lead and develop a high-performing Oracle Health Federal Design Team, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee financial accountability, budgets, resources, operational efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration. The role also provides knowledge sharing and continuous education on Oracle products, industry practices, regulations, and their impact on project engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Operates independently to provide quality knowledge sharing regrading products, industry best practices, local and state regulations, and their impacts to a project engagement
• Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to provide continuous education surrounding, but not limited to Oracle products and technology, industry best practices, local and state regulations

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 6+ years total combined work experience, including: people management, operational management, consulting management, project or program management
• Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications
• Are able to travel to customer sites, when required
• Be able to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Experience with learning, and/or change management experience, preferably health care information technology (HCIT) consulting with a major healthcare organization or large-scale IT transformation project
• Certification: Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Change Management, Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Experience with contract and scoping
• Experience with Federal or Public Sector customers
• A strong health care acumen
