Customer Success Manager

AgriWebb is a market-leading provider of ranch management software that helps digitize the global animal protein production sector and promote sustainable agricultural practices. The Customer Success Manager will own the end-to-end customer journey for enterprise producers, leading onboarding, customer engagement, retention, adoption, and expansion while serving as the primary customer contact.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the onboarding process for new customers, delivering tailored plans based on each customer's goals
• Serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for producers (customers), building strong relationships and developing customer-centric success plans to drive adoption and engagement across this segment
• Proactively monitoring customer health and running quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on goals, surface insights, and identify expansion opportunities
• Identifying at-risk accounts early and developing and executing retention strategies to minimize churn
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and leveraging data to track success metrics such as NPS, churn rate, expansion revenue, and time-to-value

Requirements:

• A strong understanding of customer success principles and strategies to 'activate' and onboard new customers for long-term success
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive behavior change or overcome barriers and hurdles with customers
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM and customer success software
• The ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities, negotiate effectively, and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in the agriculture or livestock production industry
• Customer Success Management experience within a SaaS business
