Senior Business Systems Analyst

EPAM Systems is a global technology services company delivering solutions for leading brands through skilled, diverse teams. The company is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge onshore clients and offshore development teams by aligning requirements and driving high-value Financial Services and Wealth Management solutions. The role focuses on strategic product vision, data mapping, UX design, testing, Power BI reporting, Agile delivery, and application workflow development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with onshore clients, offshore development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements with a strategic mindset
• Drive the strategic vision for product and solution development, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term value creation
• Lead data mapping initiatives, translating complex business data requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Apply UX design principles to create intuitive, user-centered solutions and wireframes that enhance user experience and engagement
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies and scenarios to ensure solution quality, reliability, and alignment with business objectives
• Design and build insightful Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for stakeholders
• Demonstrate deep understanding of investment products, user stories, features, and their value to end users, and effectively communicate these insights to product and technology teams
• Facilitate and support Agile product teams in story and feature management, including story slicing to optimize delivery and clarity of requirements
• Partner with Product Owners to define Epic MVPs and establish iterative delivery plans that maximize value for targeted audiences
• Lead and participate in technical grooming sessions with technology teams to ensure requirements are well understood and actionable
• Maintain a high level of engagement and visibility by being available on video calls for most interactions, fostering strong collaboration and transparency
• Build complex application workflows involving external applications and highlight relevant dependencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis and requirements management within Financial Services, with Wealth Management experience highly desirable
• Working knowledge of REST APIs
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive product vision
• Proven experience in data mapping and translating business data needs into technical requirements
• Hands-on experience with UX design, wireframing, or prototyping tools
• Experience developing testing strategies and detailed test scenarios
• Proficiency in creating Power BI reports and dashboards
• Strong technical knowledge of API specifications, backend systems, and integration patterns
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, supporting story and feature management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
• Comfortable working in a remote/offshore setting, with a commitment to video-based collaboration
• Excellent English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
• Experience creating Data Flow Diagrams
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
