Senior IT Business Analyst – Retail & Fashion (USA)

DYNE is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support retail and fashion technology initiatives. The role will define and document requirements, coordinate with business and technology stakeholders, support platform enhancements and PLM implementation, and lead UAT and process improvement activities across distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements across retail and fashion processes
• Document business/functional requirements, workflows, user stories, and specifications
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
• Support enhancements across POS, ERP, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, and e-commerce platforms
• Support PLM implementation and related business processes
• Plan and support UAT activities, execution, and business sign-off
• Analyze data, reports, and KPIs to identify business and operational improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the US, Europe, and other regions
• Guide offshore teams and work effectively with onshore stakeholders
• Facilitate discussions, challenge requirements when needed, and identify underlying business needs
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and customer experience expectations

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong domain expertise in Retail / Fashion / Apparel / Textile / Headwear
• Hands-on experience in Retail and Supply Chain domains
• Experience with PLM implementation
• Experience with POS, ERP, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, and/or e-commerce platforms
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and requirements/specification documentation
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Understanding of B2B and B2C platforms and business models
• Experience working with multi-regional clients and stakeholders, particularly US and European regions
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Strong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance
• Experience with omnichannel retail, CRM, loyalty, or digital commerce platforms
• Experience with global retail operations or large-scale retail transformations
• Experience with multi-tenant and multi-regional business systems
• Agile certification such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
• BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis
• Exposure to UX design
