Sales Development Representative

Becklar is a leading provider of SMART Critical Event Protection Platforms, combining advanced AI technology with skilled operators. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities by qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting methods (cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, etc.)
• Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads and cold prospects to qualify them based on company fit, budget, need, and decision-making authority
• Outbound Outreach: Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, to generate interest in our products/services
• Database Management: Utilize CRM software (HubSpot) to track interactions, manage leads, and document all sales activities
• Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
• Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales opportunities for the team
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
• Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about the company’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, lead status, and key metrics to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to engage with prospects, uncover pain points, and pitch solutions
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales engagement platforms
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience with sales automation and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
• Familiarity with SaaS products or technology services
• Experience working in a B2B sales environment
