Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst

Bkonect is an AI-native Salesforce consultancy based in Miami that provides managed services to companies across the US East Coast. The Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst will manage client relationships, analyze requirements, design Salesforce solutions, coordinate delivery, and identify automation and process improvements. This is a fully remote contract role with recurring weekly client meetings on Eastern time.

Responsibilities:

• Own the client relationship — be their point of contact, understand their processes, translate needs into solutions
• Analyze and document requirements so everyone builds the right thing
• Design solutions that use the platform's strengths instead of fighting them
• Coordinate delivery with our internal team so milestones land on time
• Find the improvements — spot the automation and process fixes clients didn't know to ask for

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Consultant, or a business analyst
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
• At least 2 consultant-level Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
• A self-starter who runs their own work without hand-holding
• A track record of client-success stories you personally drove
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable juggling and prioritizing several clients at once
