Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

Quantum Energy Square is a caffeinated energy bar company expanding across e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and retail channels. The Social Media & Content Marketing Manager will lead organic social, content, creator, influencer, affiliate, and digital promotion initiatives while managing partner relationships and coordinating campaigns, launches, and marketing execution across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead QES’s organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other active platforms — from content planning and publishing to community management
• Develop and manage creator and influencer programs, including partner outreach, briefs, content, and performance reporting
• Manage affiliate programs across platforms such as LTK, Shopify Collabs, Amazon Creator Connections, and Awin
• Lead UGC and organic content production with creators, agencies, photographers, and designers
• Help shape social creative, copy, and content to ensure everything is on-brand and relevant to each platform
• Manage digital promotions and online sampling initiatives, including promo codes, landing pages, and promotional timing
• Manage day-to-day relationships with key partners including Thrive Market, The Feed, and iHerb, working closely with the Director of e-Commerce & Growth Marketing Manager on strategy, media, and agency activity
• Participate in Amazon agency and partner calls, staying close to performance, priorities, and upcoming opportunities
• Work with the sales team to coordinate digital marketing activity, content, and assets needed for retail, club, and specialty accounts
• Partner with growth, sales, and design to bring campaigns, promotions, and launches from planning through execution
• Manage the virtual assistant supporting creator outreach, social engagement, and other day-to-day marketing activities
• Help keep marketing priorities, content calendars, launches, and key initiatives organized and moving forward
• Support go-to-market planning for new products, including timelines, content needs, and coordination across teams

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media, content, or brand marketing, with hands-on experience managing organic social and community
• Proven experience building and managing social calendars, UGC programs, and creator or influencer partnerships
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across marketing, design, sales, and external partners
• Comfortable working with budgets and performance data — able to understand the numbers, ask good questions, and turn decisions into clear next steps
• Experience managing freelancers, virtual assistants, junior team members, or other external resources
• Comfortable working with agencies, vendors, and partners and building strong day-to-day relationships
• Experience working with designers and creative partners to develop social and marketing content
• Curious about AI and eager to use tools like ChatGPT and Claude to work more efficiently across planning, content, research, and reporting
• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or another consumer brand
• Experience with Thrive Market, Instacart, Ibotta, or similar retail and marketplace platforms
• Experience working across both marketing and sales teams
• Experience with affiliate marketing or creator platforms such as LTK, Shopify Collabs, Amazon Creator Connections, or Awin
