Business Development Manager - Los Angeles/Orange County Market

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion of their services. The role involves strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market analysis to enhance the company's market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's reach in the healthcare industry
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other potential clients to generate new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns to attract and retain clients
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders, such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations, to enhance service offerings and market presence
• Manage ongoing partnerships and collaborations, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term success
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and maximize profitability
• Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare or rehabilitation industry
• Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel as needed and a valid driver's license
• Master's degree preferred
