Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, Spanish-English – Remote in North Carolina

The Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative will support Spanish- and English-speaking healthcare customers by answering communications, researching information, and resolving customer issues while maintaining patient privacy under HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Requirements:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience
• High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• While we recommend a USB wired headset, if you have a headset already, you may be able to use that (except for Bluetooth headsets)
