Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Bondora is a financial technology company providing digital lending and investment products to customers across Europe. The Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager will own and scale the Go & Grow affiliate marketing channel by managing existing partnerships, sourcing new affiliates, negotiating commercial agreements, and improving acquisition and investor value through data and AI. The role collaborates with Product, Data, Engineering, Brand, CRM, Legal, and Compliance to optimize the customer journey and ensure compliant promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Own and Execute the affiliate marketing channel strategy, operating plan, forecast and performance
• Source, qualify and close direct partnerships with affiliates (in other words publishers: content creators, comparison sites, communities and relevant affiliate networks)
• Create clear segmentation, outreach, onboarding and activation routines that move partners from prospect to live
• Design and negotiate CPA, CPL, fixed-fee and hybrid deals
• Define and improve the funnel from click and sign-up through funded investor, first 30-day deposits, repeat deposits and 30/60/90-day retained value
• Operate and improve Target Circle/Circlewise
• Build partner- and cohort-level reporting covering acquisition cost, revenue (deposits) value, retention, net revenue (net deposits)
• Test placements, content, landing pages, incentives, creative and localized messaging with Brand, CRM, Product and Design
• Apply country-specific financial-promotion rules, execute approval workflows, required disclosures, content monitoring and documentation together with Legal and Compliance

Requirements:

• Expert in at least one partner management platform (Affiliate platforms such as Target Circle/Circlewise, Impact, Awin or Partnerize, CJ
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and BI dashboard experience
• AI fluency: Comfortable using AI tools for data analysis, partner research and qualification, and content/compliance review, with strong judgment on when human verification is essential
• Fluent in English and German is a plus
