HR Project Manager (HRBP Group)

Renesas Electronics is an embedded semiconductor solution provider serving Automotive, Industrial, Infrastructure, and IoT markets with a global team of engineers and problem solvers. The HR Project Manager will lead HRBP-driven initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, improve HR processes, and manage change communications to strengthen organizational effectiveness and workforce capability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for HRBP-driven initiatives (e.g., talent programs, workforce planning, process optimization, policy updates)
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Partner closely with HRBPs to translate business needs into structured project deliverables
• Facilitate alignment across HR COEs
• Support HRBPs with data insights, research, and change management materials
• Identify opportunities to streamline HRBP workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and implement templates, toolkits, and standardized processes
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the HRBP Group
• Develop and execute change management plans to support HR initiatives
• Create communication materials such as announcements, training guides, and FAQs
• Facilitate workshops or training sessions as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in HR project management, HR business partnering, or HR programs/operations
• Strong understanding of core HR domains (organization development, workforce planning, employee engagement etc.)
• Proven experience managing large-scale HR projects in a matrixed environment
• Proficiency in project management tools is a plus
