Our need for a payroll support person to assist with the Oracle HCM Cloud to Oracle EBS integration work. The most important qualification for this role is strong Oracle EBS Payroll experience, as the resource will need to provide EBS HR/Payroll functional knowledge and support the EBS side of the integrations. The individual will support validation of field-level data mappings, including data type, format, and transformation logic, and will assist with unit testing and system integration testing across all in-scope integration points. They will also help prepare and execute test scripts, validate that data lands correctly end to end, log and retest defects, and document mapping validation and test results.

Support Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) integrations: Validating field-level data mappings, supporting unit and system integration testing across all in-scope integration points. Provide EBS HR/Payroll functional knowledge to support EBS side of the Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support validation of field-level mappings between Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS integrations, including data type, format, and transformation logic.
• Support functional unit testing (Oracle EBS data validation, business rules, calculations).
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT): Identify scenarios, prepare and execute test scripts, confirm data lands correctly end to end, log and retest defects.
• Document validated mappings and test results; report status, risks, and open issues to the Payroll and Test Leads.
• Partner with HCM and EBS functional/technical teams to resolve mapping discrepancies and defects.
