Customer Service Representative, Healthcare - Remote - $15/Hr CNX

The Customer Service Representative supports customers through inbound chats and callbacks, handles routine account inquiries, assists with client products and services, and delivers courteous customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via inbound chats
• Call back customers as needed
• Respond to basic and routine account inquiries
• Assist users on the clients products, accounts and services
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
• Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
• Interacting with customers utilizing strong written and verbal skills as well as deep customer empathy
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile
