Business Development Executive – B2B Sales

NSOL BPO is a growing business process outsourcing company that provides reliable and scalable outsourcing solutions to businesses across international markets. The Business Development Executive will identify prospective business clients, connect with decision-makers, promote outsourcing services, generate qualified leads, and schedule sales appointments while meeting outbound sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume B2B outbound cold calls to prospective businesses
• Identify and connect with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
• Introduce and promote NSOL BPO’s outsourcing services in a professional and engaging manner
• Generate, qualify, and nurture B2B sales leads through outbound prospecting
• Understand prospects’ business needs and identify suitable outsourcing opportunities
• Effectively handle objections and communicate the value of our services
• Schedule qualified appointments and sales meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, conversations, and appointments in the CRM
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly calling, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
• Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead-generation processes
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Comfortable communicating with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM systems, sales platforms, or dialing software is an advantage
• Dedicated and professional home workspace
• Reliable laptop or desktop computer
• Noise-canceling headset with a clear microphone
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Backup internet solution, such as a mobile hotspot or secondary ISP
• Reliable electricity with a backup power source, such as a UPS, inverter, or generator
• Ability to maintain a professional and distraction-free environment during working hours
• Experience selling services to businesses is highly preferred
