8 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce Administration & Production Support.
Strong experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs (15 20) simultaneously.
Handle production support, incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, and enhancements.
Manage support requests through ServiceNow and email.
Expertise in user access, permissions, profiles/roles, and SSO issues.
Perform Salesforce configuration, field, picklist, and other admin changes.
Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional support teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce support environments.
