Senior Manager - Product

Bread Financial is a tech-forward financial services company providing payment, lending, and saving solutions to U.S. consumers. The Senior Manager, Product leads product owners and product managers, develops product vision and strategy, oversees product roadmaps and lifecycle management, and aligns cross-functional delivery with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy. Align product goals with business objectives. Oversee the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps. - (40%)
• Ensure timely quality delivery of product features. Manage the product development lifecycle. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all products. - (30%)
• Oversee a team of product owners and product managers to ensure cohesive product development. Ensures alignment of team activities to the overall product strategy. - (20%)
• Communicates team progress to senior leadership. Act as a liaison as needed between product and other departments. - (10%)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 10-13 years experience in product management, or related field such as business analysis or project management

• Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Information Technology or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
• 13+ years experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Information Technology, financial services, payment, or online and mobile platforms
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, while leading product teams through successful product delivery and execution
• Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, or agent-based capabilities to enhance product management, product delivery, customer experiences, or business outcomes
• Experience supporting credit card, debit card, lending, or payments products, including knowledge of payment networks, NACHA guidelines, and digital self-service experiences
