We are seeking an experienced Accountant to perform mid-level to complex accounting functions, support financial reporting, and contribute to month-end and year-end close activities. The ideal candidate is a strong, seasoned accountant with substantial General Ledger ownership
Prepare and post moderately complex journal entries.
Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances, trends, and key drivers.
Support month-end and year-end close activities.
Prepare financial performance reports, ad hoc analyses, and management narratives.
Ensure transactions comply with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Research accounting issues and proactively resolve problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support special projects.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting.
2+ years of accounting experience with strong General Ledger ownership.
Strong experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Solid knowledge of GAAP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent organization, communication, and time-management abilities.
Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/Oracle Financial systems.
4+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing ownership and responsibility.
Experience leading accounting projects and working cross-functionally.
Demonstrated readiness to progress into a Senior Accountant position.
