Customer Service Representative - $15/hr - Remote Temp

Gallagher Benefit Services helps organizations address employee benefits, wellbeing, and workforce challenges. The Customer Service Representative will support the sales team by handling inbound calls, generating opportunities, transferring callers to appropriate teams, following call scripts, and ensuring call compliance for healthcare product inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers
• Must be able to transfer these calls to the proper queues or individuals easily
• Follow the LIG proper call script for each type of partnership and call we receive and make
• Meet Quality Assurance Requirements for call compliance. Ensuring DNC List compliance requests

Requirements:

• Required: High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong typing and basic computer skills
• 1-2 years Call center sales experience
• Proven success in a call center work environment
• Proven success in a remote work environment
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
• Strong work ethic, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
• Must possess a professional and friendly attitude while being able to develop rapport with customers over the phone
• Collections and/or insurance sales experience is a PLUS, but not required!
