Information Technology Project Manager

Masis Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a major financial company seeking a remote IT Project Manager. The role leads cross-functional IT process improvement initiatives focused on test environments, test data, testing processes, operational efficiency, and faster delivery of higher-quality code. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, governance, executive reporting, change management, and measuring business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Drive improvements across IT in test environments, test data, and testing processes to support faster speed to market and higher quality code delivery
• Lead and coordinate process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization
• Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, timelines, milestones, and implementation roadmaps
• Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and status reviews to drive alignment, decisions, and progress
• Monitor and track tasks, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and commitments across multiple teams
• Hold stakeholders accountable for assigned actions and ensure timely completion of agreed-upon deliverables
• Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and proactively drive resolution to keep initiatives on track
• Establish clear ownership, accountability, and governance processes to support successful delivery
• Create and maintain project dashboards, status reporting, metrics, and executive communications
• Partner with business and operational leaders to document current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement future-state solutions
• Drive process standardization, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices
• Support organizational change management, stakeholder communications, training, and readiness activities
• Measure and report on process improvement outcomes, implementation progress, and realized business benefits
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management, process improvement, operations, business transformation, or related experience
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Proven ability to manage project plans, action registers, timelines, and deliverables
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating executive-level reporting and status communications
• PMP, CAPM, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent certification
• Experience leading operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to drive accountability and results in a matrixed environment without direct authority
• Experience utilizing project management and reporting tools to track execution and performance
• Financial Services, Insurance, Operations, or Technology industry experience
