Sales Development Representative

MID Construction Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to support company growth through outbound prospecting and sales pipeline development. The role focuses on qualifying prospective clients, identifying upcoming projects, generating leads and deals, and maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Prospecting: Make high-volume outbound calls to targeted prospect lists following company prospecting processes and outreach standards
• Qualification & Verification: Qualify prospects, identify current or upcoming projects, and verify key contact and project details
• Lead & Deal Generation: Convert qualified contacts into Leads within Pipedrive and create Deals when appropriate opportunities are identified
• CRM & Activity Tracking: Use RingCentral for all phone calls and activity logging while maintaining accurate CRM records, detailed call notes, and timely follow-up tasks
• Data Integrity: Identify and report inaccurate contact data to continuously improve overall CRM quality
• Completing approximately 60 quality outbound calls per day
• Averaging one qualified opportunity generated per working day
• Maintaining complete and accurate documentation in Pipedrive
• Demonstrating consistent follow-up management and high standards of professionalism
