Position Overview

Client is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Procure to Pay (P2P) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM, PeopleTools, P2P modules, integrations, customizations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across development, implementation, testing, post-implementation support, and the complete project lifecycle.

The consultant will work closely with business leads to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, perform root-cause analysis, and develop and deploy scalable solutions and process automations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, implement, test, and provide post-implementation support for PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
• Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools 8.5x, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Query, Integration Broker, Component Interface, and File Layout.
• Work extensively with PeopleSoft Procure to Pay (P2P) modules and PeopleSoft Financials.
• Design and develop integrations with third-party procurement platforms such as Jaggaer, Coupa, and Ariba.
• Develop and maintain file-based, REST API, and SOAP-based real-time integrations.
• Work hands-on with Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interface, and File Layout.
• Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher, nVision, SQR, and PS Query.
• Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and recommend solutions, automations, and process improvements.
• Work directly with business leads and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Act as a technical lead on projects and conduct internal code and design reviews.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to process improvements and value-added solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools 8.5x.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft Procure to Pay (P2P).
• Strong PeopleSoft Financials development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Application Designer, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Query, Integration Broker, Component Interface, and File Layout.
• Strong experience with Application Engine.
• Hands-on experience developing PeopleSoft integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs and SOAP-based integrations.
• Experience with file-based integrations.
• Strong experience with BI Publisher, nVision, SQR, and PS Query.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft with third-party applications such as Jaggaer, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Jaggaer PeopleSoft integration experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in development, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Experience working as a Lead on multiple projects.
• Experience conducting code and design reviews.
• Strong business-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to perform RCA, solution design, automation, and process improvement.
