HR Technology Sr. Project Manager

Motorola Mobility, a Lenovo company, is seeking an HR Technology Senior Project Manager to manage system implementations and enhancements across the HR system landscape. The role leads multiple global projects through the full lifecycle, overseeing project teams, deliverables, scope, risks, communications, testing, and change management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope, schedule, cost and quality
• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple small/large-scale projects throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee project teams' day-to-day project work and ensure they are on task
• Review and manage deliverables across projects
• Develop communication, testing, and change management plans
• Manage scope and mitigates risk across multiple projects
• Manage communication with sponsors, stakeholders, and management, including senior leaders and executives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience supporting HR technology or information systems
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset
• Demonstrates strong sense of ownership, urgency and adaptability
• Self-driven and excellent learning ability
• 3+ years of project management, HR technology, and/or information systems experience
• Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred
• Global professional work experience preferred
• Strong understanding of HR process and systems and AI-enabled solutions preferred
• Current PMP or pursuing PMP certification preferred
