• Translate complex business problems into scalable system solutions, including APIs, data flows, system behaviors, and edge cases
• Partner with engineering to drive architecture decisions and technical trade-offs across scalability, performance, reliability, and cost
• Drive development of AI/ML-powered features, including defining evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and continuous improvement in non-deterministic environments
• Define and monitor system and product-level metrics to measure performance, user impact, and business outcomes
• Prioritize initiatives based on technical feasibility, business impact, and user feedback, managing dependencies and execution sequencing
• Ensure technical capabilities translate into intuitive user experiences and real customer impact, grounded in a deep understanding of user workflows

• • Ability to define clear technical requirements and system behaviors, and break down complex initiatives into actionable plans
• • Demonstrated experience prioritizing work based on technical feasibility, business impact, and user feedback, making informed trade-offs across scalability, performance, and system design
• • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using metrics to guide product and system decisions
• • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, driving alignment and execution across cross-functional teams
• • Experience with agent-based or LLM-powered systems
• • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern software delivery pipelines
