Analyst, Business Product

Ensemble Health Partners provides technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, hospitals, and affiliated physician groups. The Analyst II, Business Product drives business and product analysis across healthcare revenue cycle operations, translating stakeholder needs into scalable solutions and supporting improvements in product performance, financial outcomes, and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user interviews, define use cases, and document user journeys and pain points
• Gather, validate, and translate business and system requirements into actionable deliverables
• Define problems, evaluate solutions, and provide recommendations
• Analyze revenue cycle workflows to improve claim acceptance and reimbursement timelines
• Support data-driven decision making through trend and performance analysis
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and track delivery through Jira/Confluence
• Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability

• This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
