We are looking for a Senior/Lead Data Analyst with strong data analysis, SQL, requirements, testing, and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience.
5 8+ years of relevant software/data experience
Strong SQL and relational database querying
P&C Insurance industry experience REQUIRED
Policy Administration / Policy Admin experience REQUIRED
Data mapping & transformation
Business requirements analysis
SDLC methodologies
Functional/system specifications
Test planning, test cases & execution
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to lead and drive team efforts
Statutory & compliance reporting
DB2 / SQL Server
Cloud technologies
MS Office
Supervisory/leadership experience
Insurance compliance and audit support
Analyze and clarify business requirements
Create data and transformation mapping specifications
Develop use cases and functional specifications
Collaborate with Business & IT teams throughout the SDLC
Develop and execute test plans and test cases
Support unit, integration, UAT, and performance testing
Support compliance reporting, audits, and market conduct exams
Provide estimates and drive multiple concurrent initiatives
Strong communication, leadership, attention to detail, and P&C insurance domain knowledge are critical for this role.
