WFH Customer Service Representative – Entry Level

Globe Life AO is seeking entry-level Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives and Benefits Specialists to support families, union members, veterans, and other eligible clients. The role involves answering questions, explaining insurance benefits, assisting with enrollment, and providing ongoing policyholder service through virtual appointments, with training and licensing guidance provided.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
• Listen to client needs and answer questions professionally
• Provide a positive, personalized client experience
• Build trusted relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Provide continued service to existing policyholders
• Educate clients about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Explain coverage and policy information clearly
• Ask questions to understand each family's individual needs
• Recommend appropriate benefit solutions based on those needs
• Help clients make informed decisions regarding available protection
• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
• Policy reviews
• Beneficiary updates
• Coverage questions
• Client follow-up
• Policy-related service needs
• Maintaining accurate digital records and documentation
• Scheduling appointments and follow-ups
• Following applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

Requirements:

• • Be at least 18 years of age
• • Be physically located within the United States
• • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• • Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
• • Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• • Have webcam and microphone capability
• • Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• • Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
• • Be willing to complete required training
• • Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
