US-based Business Analyst within commercial insurance.
13+ years of Business System Analysis within commercial insurance
Hands on domain experience with policy management/policy administration/broking/placement platforms and account servicing workflows
Strong understanding of commercial insurance lifecycle to challenge requirements and identify process simplification opportunities
Ability to understand how client/account/policy data and documents move across multiple systems/sources
Experience conducting discovery with business SMEs and translating complex workflow into future state process maps, functional user stories, acceptance criteria, and data/integration requirements
Experience with Azure DevOps and strong Agile fundamentals.
