TPA core services Business Analyst/Integration Lead

GDIT is a global technology and professional services company delivering technology solutions and mission services to the U.S. government, defense, and intelligence communities. The TPA Core Services Business Analyst / Integration Lead will support the World Trade Center Health Program by leading requirements development, workflow analysis, systems integration, and operational readiness across healthcare benefits administration systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements development, workflow analysis, and system integration activities that ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across claims, eligibility, provider data, member services, and financial operations
• Collaborate with technical teams, operational SMEs, system vendors, QA testers, and government stakeholders to achieve cross‑system alignment and a successful Transition‑In
• Drive outcomes through structured analysis, issue resolution, integration validation, and coordination of end‑to‑end testing to ensure systems work cohesively and produce correct results
• Utilize requirements management tools, integration mapping techniques, healthcare administrative knowledge, and analytical skills to evaluate data flows, validate system behaviors, and ensure interoperability across all TPA components

Requirements:

• Technical training, certifications, or a bachelor's degree
• Experience: 3+ years of related experience (healthcare, payer systems, or federal program operations preferred)
• Technical skills: Experience with requirements management, workflow analysis, EDI integrations, APIs, claims and eligibility systems, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Security clearance level: MB(T2)
• US citizenship required
• Ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams; experience validating system outputs; familiarity with HIPAA, secure handling of PHI/PII, and federal program compliance; 0–10% travel as needed
