Sales Customer Service Representative - Remote - TP87041

Teleperformance is a global digital business services company that provides digitally powered services to help brands streamline their operations. The Sales Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries through multiple channels, resolve and escalate issues, process assistance requests or payments, track interactions, provide feedback, and meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Provide feedback on call issues
• Meet sales objectives as defined

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems

• A dedicated workspace located near your router to support a hardwired Ethernet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload, ISP under 50ms)
• Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
• Proof of internet speed required
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• College degree preferred but not required
