Project Manager

Conduent is a company that delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and governments. They are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project delivery from planning through execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans as needed
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure tracking
• Coordinate change management activities and maintain project documentation and reporting
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Lead project meetings and remove barriers to project success
• Conduct post-project reviews and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• PMP certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certification
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies
• Experience presenting project updates to senior leadership
