Market Manager - Life Sciences - Mixing Solutions

SPX FLOW (now ITT Flow Technologies) is seeking a market leader to accelerate growth for ITT Mixing Solutions across pharmaceutical, biopharma, and adjacent Life Sciences applications. The role shapes global market strategy, builds strategic customer and partner relationships, develops differentiated value propositions, and leads commercial teams and cross-functional initiatives to grow revenue, margin, pipeline, and market share.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Life Sciences growth agenda by identifying priority applications, customer segments, investment trends, and regional opportunities that expand revenue, margin, and market share
• Build and drive a global opportunity pipeline across pharmaceutical, biopharma, and adjacent Life Sciences applications, turning market intelligence into qualified pursuits and account plans
• Develop senior relationships with key accounts, EPCs, consultants, technology providers, and strategic partners to influence specifications, improve positioning, and increase win probability
• Define differentiated value propositions for Life Sciences mixing and process solutions, linking technical performance, compliance confidence, lifecycle value, and customer outcomes
• Lead regional commercial teams in converting global market priorities into local execution plans, measurable sales actions, and clear accountability for pipeline progression and order conversion
• Use project data, customer insight, competitor intelligence, and Voice of Customer feedback to identify white-space opportunities, defend strategic accounts, and shape major project pursuits
• Improve proposal quality, pricing discipline, technical differentiation, and commercial strategy on high-value Life Sciences opportunities in partnership with regional sales leaders
• Equip sales teams with the tools, application guidance, and customer-facing content needed to sell higher-value solutions with confidence and consistency
• Track performance across order intake, pipeline value, hit rate, margin, account penetration, and market share, using insight to drive corrective action and growth accountability
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to translate Life Sciences market needs into roadmap priorities, business cases, and commercial initiatives
• Develop lifecycle growth initiatives for upgrades, replacements, service, and installed-base opportunities that expand recurring revenue and strengthen long-term account ownership
• Deliver measurable market share gains against agreed growth targets by converting strategic opportunities into profitable orders
• Use global order intake, hit rate, margin, and pipeline analytics to identify performance gaps, unlock growth opportunities, and drive corrective commercial actions
• Secure executive alignment behind a compelling Market Vision and Strategic Market Plan that prioritizes the highest-value segments, applications, and accounts
• Continuously evolve the Market Plan in response to customer investment cycles, competitor activity, technology trends, and regional market shifts
• Build and deploy a differentiated value proposition and commercial playbook that improves customer engagement, proposal quality, and win probability
• Translate customer feedback, stakeholder insight, and Voice of Customer input into actionable growth priorities
• Convert market, customer, and competitor intelligence into targeted initiatives that expand share, margin, and pipeline quality
• Define clear product differentiation and positioning that strengthens ITT Mixing Solutions’ relevance with key accounts, EPCs, consultants, and channel partners
• Shape and sponsor New Product Development priorities that address high-value customer needs and accelerate adoption in strategic applications
• Lead strategic roadmap initiatives that create sustainable growth, expand market access, and improve long-term business performance
• Develop a high-impact training and engagement agenda across seminars, trade shows, webinars, and customer forums to strengthen market credibility and accelerate opportunity conversion
• Equip regional sales teams with practical process expertise that improves customer conversations, solution quality, and commercial confidence
• Partner with Marketing Communications to create compelling content that increases market visibility, reinforces differentiation, and generates qualified demand
• Represent the business externally with customers, partners, industry bodies, and media to build influence, uncover opportunities, and strengthen ITT Mixing Solutions’ market position
• Deliver process training for internal and external stakeholders that improve technical capability, customer trust, and adoption of strategic solutions

Requirements:

• Possesses strong persuasive skills, with the capacity to positively influence outcomes and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions
