Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Comcast Business provides connectivity, communications, networking, cybersecurity, wireless, and managed solutions for organizations. The Enterprise Sales Development Representative drives pipeline and revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying Mid-Market and Enterprise opportunities, conducting outbound prospecting, engaging executive decision-makers, and partnering with field sales to accelerate opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified Mid-Market and Enterprise opportunities through outbound calling, email, social selling, lead follow-up, and targeted account outreach
• Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and uncover business needs and potential opportunities
• Engage executives, including IT Directors, CIOs, CTOs, and CEOs, to conduct discovery and qualify opportunities
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while meeting or exceeding goals for appointments, pipeline creation, revenue contribution, and activity
• Partner with field sales to develop account strategies, prioritize prospects, and execute effective warm handoffs of qualified opportunities
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and opportunity information within CRM and designated sales systems
• Leverage sales technologies and data to personalize outreach and improve prospect engagement
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and other cross-functional partners to drive results and ensure consistent customer engagement
• Outbound cold calling and prospecting experience required; Mid-Market or Enterprise B2B prospecting experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including experience supporting complex products or services and partnering closely with sales teams
• Strong executive communication, discovery, qualification, active listening, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM and sales prospecting technologies to manage activity and pipeline
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to drive results through partnership
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Requirements:

• Outbound cold calling and prospecting experience required
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including experience supporting complex products or services and partnering closely with sales teams

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2-5 Years
• Mid-Market or Enterprise B2B prospecting experience preferred
