JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and implementations. The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of business process knowledge, techno-functional expertise, and solution architecture experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Oracle ERP O2C implementation projects and initiatives.
• Analyze end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design scalable and effective solution architectures.
• Provide techno-functional guidance across O2C processes.
• Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams throughout implementation.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and production activities.
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
• Prepare solution design documents and technical documentation.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 15+ years of overall IT/ERP experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP O2C implementation.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong techno-functional consulting experience.
• Experience in solution architecture and solution design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in the PST time zone.
