Senior Product Manager

RRD provides marketing, packaging, print, and business services supported by proprietary technology and advanced data analytics. The Senior Product Manager will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of client data onboarding and integration products while driving product growth, innovation, and collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision and roadmap for high-impact product lines
• Lead product development, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Make strategic decisions regarding product features and investments
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members and cross-functional partners

Requirements:

• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree (Minimum) In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• 7 Years Product Management Experience
• Extensive experience defining product strategy and leading product development
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, especially with junior team members
• Ability to manage complex product portfolios and prioritize initiatives effectively
• Advanced problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
