Customer Service Representative- Temporary

Daikin Comfort is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support prospective and existing customers interested in its residential HVAC products and services. The role answers product and program questions, identifies customer needs, and connects customers with authorized dealers while meeting customer service and performance goals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on Daikin products, programs, and services
• Educate customers on product features, promotions, rebates, financing options, and other available marketing programs
• Connect customers with authorized Daikin dealers and ensure a smooth transition from initial inquiry to dealer engagement
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records within applicable systems and databases
• Meet or exceed established performance goals, including quality, responsiveness, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Stay current on Daikin products, policies, procedures, systems, and industry offerings
• Support sales and marketing initiatives by promoting targeted campaigns and increasing customer awareness of Daikin solutions
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve departmental objectives and improve overall customer experience
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
• Complete special call center projects as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work positively with all levels of management and peers to ensure all areas and departments are kept up to speed and are working as an effective team to deliver the highest level of service possible
• Understand and follow work instructions, operating procedures, and company policies
