This internship offers hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HR Service Delivery in an international environment. You will gain valuable experience with modern HR systems, collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries, and develop skills that will support your future career in Human Resources.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

• Support the Talent Acquisition process by coordinating interviews, managing scheduling activities through the Phenom platform, and helping create a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to ensure clear communication and efficient recruitment administration.
• Learn how HR Services operates by supporting employee inquiries, observing case management activities, and gaining exposure to ServiceNow.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, bringing fresh ideas that help simplify and enhance HR processes and employee experiences.
• Build your HR knowledge by working with colleagues across the EMEA region and gaining exposure to a wide range of HR processes and systems.

 

 

What We're Looking For

 

• Currently studying (ultimate years) Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition; previous internship or work experience is a plus but not required.
• Good communication skills and professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, curious, and service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly while managing tasks in a structured and organized way.
