À titre de consultant(e) WFS, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les clients et les membres des équipes internes afin de mettre en œuvre des changements importants répondant aux besoins d’affaires de nos clients. Ce rôle exige de mettre à profit vos compétences analytiques, votre capacité à collaborer avec les autres, votre sens de l’organisation et votre responsabilité professionnelle.

Chaque jour, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins d’affaires et de les aider à trouver les solutions les mieux adaptées à leurs exigences particulières en matière de WFS.

Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devez être à l’aise dans un environnement où les chiffres et les résultats sont importants. Vous aimez apprendre de nouvelles choses et vous vous adaptez facilement au changement. Vous établissez facilement des liens avec les clients, inspirez confiance et faites preuve de professionnalisme. Ce que vous ferez :

À quoi vous attendre lors d’une journée type :

• Gestion des appels et des courriels. Chaque jour, vous appliquerez les meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion des appels et des courriels afin d’offrir un service d’excellence. Vous travaillerez directement avec les clients pour diagnostiquer et résoudre efficacement les problèmes liés aux applications et aux systèmes, tout en favorisant leur satisfaction.
• Agir à titre d’expert en la matière. Vous répondrez aux demandes des équipes internes et des clients externes utilisant les produits ADP. Vous assurerez le dépannage et le soutien nécessaires, et vous transférerez les problèmes aux membres de l’équipe appropriés lorsque requis.
• Vous développerez des relations de confiance avec les clients grâce à une communication ouverte et interactive. Vous collaborerez avec les parties prenantes internes et la direction afin de réduire les anomalies et d’améliorer la performance globale des produits et des systèmes.
• Vous maintiendrez vos connaissances à jour concernant les spécifications techniques des produits WorkForce Software et des applications de gestion du capital humain (HCM) grâce à des activités d’apprentissage continu. Vous comprendrez des formules complexes faisant appel à des compétences en mathématiques et/ou en programmation.
• Gestion du temps. Vous veillerez au respect de l’horaire établi par l’équipe de gestion des effectifs (Workforce Management) et atteindrez les indicateurs de performance définis par l’unité d’affaires.
• Vous serez responsable du suivi et de la gestion des demandes des clients dans notre système de gestion des dossiers.
  
  

POUR RÉUSSIR DANS LE CADRE DE CE RÔLE :

• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) considéré comme un atout.
• Une connaissance ou une expérience en ressources humaines (RH), en paie ou en gestion des effectifs constitue un atout.
• Connaissance des concepts de gestion du temps et de la main-d’œuvre.
• Solides aptitudes techniques et analytiques, particulièrement en ce qui concerne les applications logicielles d’entreprise complexes.
• Une expérience antérieure en soutien technique ou en soutien des systèmes dans un rôle en contact avec la clientèle est fortement privilégiée.
• Expérience avec SQL et rédaction de requêtes complexes.
• Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
• Une expérience antérieure en service à la clientèle est fortement privilégiée.
• Compétences intermédiaires à avancées dans la suite Microsoft Office, avec une forte maîtrise d’Excel.
• Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe ainsi que de façon autonome.
• Connaissance ou expérience de l’utilisation des langages de programmation Java, C#, C++ ou 4GL.
• Capacité à travailler au sein d’une équipe dynamique axée sur le client et à établir d’excellentes relations de travail.
• Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps.
• Grande attention aux détails.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

What you’ll do:

What you can expect on a typical day:

• Call/Email handling. Every day, you'll use best practices for handling calls/Emails to provide excellent service. Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve application/system issues efficiently to drive customer satisfaction
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert. You'll address requests from both internal teams and external clients using ADP products. Troubleshoot, support and escalate problems to appropriate team members.
• Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management to reduce defects and improve overall product/system performance.
• Stay current on technical specifications for WorkForce Software products and Human Capital Management applications through continuous learning activities. Understand complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills.
• Time Management. You will ensure adherence to the schedule outlined by Workforce Management and meet the established metrics set forth by the business unit.
• You will be responsible for maintaining client requests within our record management system.

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Bilingual, French and English considered an asset.
• Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management, considered a bonus
• Familiarity with Time and Labor Management concepts
• Strong technical and analytical aptitude, specifically in complex, enterprise software applications
• Prior technical/system support experience in a customer-facing role is highly preferred
• Experience with SQL and writing complex queries
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Prior customer service experience is highly preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Must work well as a team member and individually
• Familiarity or experience utilizing Java, C#, C++ or 4GL programming languages
• Ability to work on a dynamic, customer-focused team and establish excellent working relationships
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication – written and oral.

*Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
