Working Capital Fund (WCF) Finance Managed Services Consultant

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You’ll Do

As a Project - Consultant, Finance Managed Services on the Finance Managed Services team, you will be responsible for:

• Support financial management and audit readiness activities across defense-focused programs and initiatives
• Analyze business processes, risks, and controls to help strengthen execution and improve program outcomes
• Develop presentations, status updates, process documentation, and other client-ready deliverables
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track priorities, manage action items, and support delivery against program milestones
• Perform data analysis and research to identify issues, evaluate impacts, and inform recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 2+ years of experience supporting financial management, audit readiness, internal controls, business process improvement, or program management activities
• 2+ years of experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense programs
• 1+ years of experience developing process documentation, standard operating procedures, briefing materials, or status reports
• 1+ years of experience analyzing financial, operational, or program data using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Ability to work onsite in Dayton, OH 100% of the time
• Active Secret security clearance required

Preferred:

• Experience supporting audit readiness or financial improvement initiatives
• Experience with Federal Managers' Financial Integrity Act, Office of Management and Budget Circular A-123, or Government Accountability Office Standards for Internal Control in the Federal Government
• Experience supporting Working Capital Fund or revolving fund environments
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, financial reporting tools, or workflow tracking tools
• Experience preparing materials for senior leaders or governance forums
