Learning Content Project Manager- #26-21947

US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing talent-on-demand and workforce solutions. The Learning Content Project Manager will support the Enterprise Content & Training organization by auditing projects and contracts, analyzing discrepancies, and improving tracking and reporting processes. The role will coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen documentation, visibility, and process governance.

Responsibilities:

• Project Manager supporting the Enterprise Content & Training (ECT) organization
• Responsible for conducting project and contract audits, performing forensic analysis of existing projects, and identifying discrepancies in systems and processes
• Review contract status using internal systems, including SharePoint and Oracle-based contract tracking tools (PDH)
• Investigate active, inactive, and cancelled contracts and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions, including cancellation notifications when necessary
• Develop, improve, and maintain project tracking processes and reporting structures
• Drive organization, documentation, and process consistency across multiple ongoing initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with teams including royalties, operations, content, and other business stakeholders
• Support project visibility, status tracking, and process governance across the organization
• Review project and contract data across SharePoint and internal systems
• Conduct forensic analysis of project statuses, contract activity, and process gaps
• Create and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information and resolve discrepancies, document findings and recommend corrective actions
• Support operational processes that improve organization and project execution

Requirements:

• • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools

• • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• • Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
• • Minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager/project management experience, ideally within Publishing, or Tech (more years of experience preferred)
• • Highly organized and detail-oriented, this is the most key
• • Transparent communicator who proactively raises questions and risks
• • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to unclear or disorganized environments
• • Proven success managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• • Performance: highly organized, transparent. If they don't know something, tell the manager. If they are collaborative, will work with the team and get to know their systems and can work with them to get do all that. Organization is so key
• • PMP Certification not required, but a plus
• • Degree not required, but a plus (years of experience more important)
